Anyone would tell you that it takes a huge amount of time and effort to plan your wedding – especially when you have to do it around your work commitments. Well this is where George had the upper hand because after several years of experience in events planning she recently setup her own company [...]
Since Jamie has won Oscars for his work on recent films like The King’s Speech, it was crazy to think he’d sell himself short when it comes to producing his own movie trailer.
Professionally scripted and recorded by ‘the movie guys’ we were given the honour and privilege of producing the official Schwartz theatrical trailer.
We hope [...]
Dan gave me a great tour of Verona before the wedding – telling us where to eat, which wine to order – we even got the chance to see the opening night of Tosca in the Amphitheatre the night before the big day- there’s nothing quite like a bit of local knowledge! The wedding itself [...]
This has to be one of the most emotional weddings we’ve ever filmed. Sam & Nick have known each other since they were teenagers and it’s clear how much they adore each other – at times there didn’t seem to be a dry eye in the house.
Their wedding took place on a gorgeous spring day [...]
By the end of a wedding, we often feel as though the bride and groom are old friends, but in the case of Alex & Sam, they actually were – Sam has known Rich since they were both in short pants. It was really fun to go to a wedding as a guest for once, [...]
Listen out for Antonia’s comment in the trailer ‘It feels like I’m in a movie!’ – well this is it! This wedding was such a wonderful occasion and a unique opportunity to film exclusively at West Wycombe Park (I don’t believe many weddings take place there). The main track I’ve used for this trailer is [...]
Amy & Billy have got to be one of the best looking couples we’ve worked with and it was no major surprise to us when we found out we were at a footballer’s wedding! At times it was hard to concentrate on the job in hand with all the Jager Bombs going off around us. [...]
It was the hottest day of the year so far and as we headed through the gates of Cameron Park and down the hill we found ourselves surrounded by stunning scenery, and the was the Hotel sat on the bonny banks of Loch Lomond – what a great location! We were then greeted by Colin [...]
Julia & Peter got married at Sandhole Barn which has got to be one of our favourite venues in Cheshire. From the outset it was clear to us that capturing their day was very high up their list of prioritieswhen it came to planning their wedding so we were honoured that they choose us [...]
Annabella & Dominic specifically asked for a ‘traditional’ looking movie clip. The track we used is from the film Dances With Wolves (which I still haven’t seen!) – It’s also the same song they used for the entrance of the bride. It was a day that was filled with emotion and I hope the footage [...]
So here it is! the long wait is over – this is part one of three films from the beautiful wedding of Vinita & Muqit. Venice has got to be one of the most beautiful places in the world to get married and to do it in such style?! I can’t begin to explain how [...]
I managed to meet up with Chloe and Mark before their wedding in London – It’s so nice when you get the chance to do this because it just feels like you’re already mates on the day itself. As it happens we had probably already inadvertently met at a previous wedding as we were recommended [...]
Well what can I say? What an incredible day! This was the first Indian we’ve filmed and edited – although we were a little nervous at the start, Prianka & Jay have got to be one of the nicest couples we’ve ever had the good fortune to work with and they totally put our minds [...]
Here at Reel Vision we are unabashed dog people (we have one huge office dog at the moment and possibly another to come), so we always love a wedding with a dog and Petra & Dan’s was no exception – add in a fantastic photographer in Jeff Ascough and a beautiful venue in Thornton Manor [...]
This was the day we witnessed Grassmere’s own Royal Wedding – when Katie & Will were tying the knot at Westminster Abbey, Katie & Gino were also saying ‘I do’ in the stunning scenery of the Lake District. The Linthwaite House hotel in my opinion is the nicest places to get married in the lakes [...]
Alex & Adam are friends of Chloe & Barry’s, whose wedding we filmed in spring last year up at Loch Lomond, and chose us to capture their wedding after seeing Chloe & Barry’s finished film. We’re really proud of how many bookings we get through word of mouth – it’s such a great compliment, plus [...]
First of all I have to thank Katy and Jack because if they hadn’t asked us to film their wedding I would never have had an amazing week skiing over Christmas. Normally we would say no to events over Christmas to spend time with the family but having met Katy & Jack on Skype (a [...]
Well for most of the country it was dry but sadly for Becky and Andrew in Lancashire it just did not stop raining. Having said that I always find that some of the best weddings I’ve been to have been a white-wash – I think when there’s bad weather it keeps everyone together and creates [...]
I was really looking forward to Kate & Steve’s wedding: when they came to meet us beforehand, they were full of enthusiasm, had some great music choices, and were more than happy to trust us completely and let us do whatever we wanted edit-wise, which is always flattering if a little nerve-wracking!
The day itself was [...]
Leanne & Chris came to visit us over 2 years ago and we got to know them both very well before their big day. It was almost like filming a friends wedding. The day was very emotional and great fun, look out for “the four tops” as Chris called them and check out their skills [...]
We filmed Louise’s sister’s wedding back in summer last year, so it was great to see all the family again – we’re expecting to be invited round for Christmas at this rate. Apart from the familiar faces though, our second Heskett wedding couldn’t have been more different from the first: this was an urban winter [...]
So this was the first time that we’ve worked for the legendary Mark Niemerko; I knew it was going to be an amazing wedding – a candle-lit Russian Orthodox ceremony followed by a reception and wedding breakfast in the Orangery at Kensington Palace – but if I’m being honest I was a little nervous when [...]
Emma & Andy got married at Peckforton Castle in June 2011 and as it turns out, about 4 weeks later I moved to Beeston which is just a quarter of a mile down the road! I can literally see the castle from my (home) office window!
I’m really enjoying my time here in Beeston and the [...]
Kate & Mark got married at one of our favourite venues of all time – Combermere Abbey. It’s such an amazing settings with gardens and apple orchards. Unfortunately, it did not stop raining all day, but if it’s any consolation, extreme weather always seems to look great on film and so we really made the [...]
Katie & Ian got married in February at one of our favourite venues, Arley Hall in Cheshire, which is fairly local for us and spectacularly local for Ian’s parents, who live a few minutes’ walk away from the Hall.
We knew we were among friends early on as Katie is a massive dog lover – and [...]
When Chris said that he and his partner were keen to pop down to our studio for a chat, I was a little bit surprised when his partner turned out to be Paul! To be honest, we had nearly as many questions as they did – as this was our first gay wedding we knew our [...]
When I got to the reception desk at the Groucho Club and commented on how nice the hotel was, they quickly replied ‘This is a club – not a hotel!’ Nonetheless, what a fantastic venue and what’s even better is the fact that as members, Jenny and Richard have some where to celebrate their [...]
I know just how excited Nia is about seeing the finished film – she told me on the evening of her wedding that this would be the most important thing from the wedding … no pressure then! To be honest there really was no pressure on the day because everything just went so smoothly and, [...]
Molly has moved all the way from Texas to be with Chris so we knew that this was going to be an emotional day, particularly as Molly never seemed to stop smiling – she must be one of the happiest brides we’ve worked with. You might have already guessed that the music in the trailer [...]
A few of our couples have had rain on their wedding days – it’s just one of the hazards of getting married in the UK – though from a selfish point of view it tends to make a fantastic film. However, we think that Cat & Dan must have had the snowiest [...]
I know that Georgie is really looking forward to seeing her wedding film, so the pressure is on a bit! Luckily, I know that she’s already had some amazing photos from the fantastic Jeff Ascough – appropriately enough, he’s got a photo from Georgina & Brian’s wedding as the image of the week on his [...]
Sam & Ben got married at the Trafalgar Tavern in Greenwich – a place where Charles Dickens once dined, it’s a tribute to Old London and a great location for their all-important day. It was one of those days that was just brimming with emotion and the fact that Sam & Ben had memorised their [...]
When Serena & Nick told us that they’d booked a DJ and that their reception was going to go on until 2 am, we knew that this was going to be a fun wedding! Their reception venue was an awesome marquee in Nick’s parents’ back garden, but at times it felt more like we were [...]
This wedding had everything; Singing waiters, a choreographed 1st dance and as Francesca is a hair and beauty specialist of course she had to make sure that everyone was looking their very best!
Check out on the trailer the grand entrance of the bridal party at the reception venue at Rivington Hall – it just shows [...]
What can I say? What a great wedding. I was made to feel welcome from the moment I asked a nice gentleman on the side of the road if he could give me directions and this turned out to be Nicola’s father. It is obvious that Nicola and Andrew had put a great deal of [...]
Alice & Will have still got the Hong Kong leg of their wedding still to go so it was important to them that they had the UK part captured – now they have something to show friends and family who couldn’t make it over. It was a really nice day despite the occasional downpour [...]
Donna & Andrew’s wedding was awesome, not just because the wedding venue was on our doorstep.
Alena & Nick’s wedding was fantastic. Everything had been perfectly organised from the drummers to the fireworks.
When I arrived at Melody’s mum and dad’s house on the morning of the wedding, it was like stepping in to another world – everyone was so friendly, Buddy Holly playing in the background, it was so cozy that it really felt like I was staying for Christmas! I knew this wedding was going to [...]
Belinda & Rob’s wedding had all the makings of an absolutely classic English summer wedding – along with a few modern twists like the steel band which played during the drinks reception. Their wedding took place in East Sussex in the balmy days at the end of September, so we were treated to some amazing [...]
This was one of those days which was just overflowing with emotion – we hope we’ve managed to do it justice! The reading which we’ve used in the trailer refers to the happy couple as “lovers and friends” and it’s obvious that this is the perfect description of Catherine & Steve’s relationship.
Children always guarantee lots [...]
It was an absolute pleasure being able to play a part in such a fantastic day. I met Jo in London a couple of weeks before the wedding and straight away knew it was going to be relaxed but emotional day, with Chad’s father conducting the ceremony, the loose cricket theme to the wedding [...]
What an amazing day! It must have been the hottest day of the year but everyone had a great time. The church was incredible and I can honestly say I’ve not seen flower arranging like it. The venue itself, Hattie’s parents’ house, was simply stunning. Everyone there had a great time and the speeches were [...]
You probably wouldn’t believe me if I told you that the super club you see on this sequence was actually a marquee in Ruperts back garden – but it’s the truth! Juliet Cowper from RSVP events has clearly worked tirelessly to turn it in to something special and she’s pulled it off as she does [...]
Laura & Conrad got married outdoors under a pagoda in the gardens of Thornton Hall Hotel. It’s a rare opportunity to film a wedding ceremony outside and although it can be a challenge (especially with the unpredictable English weather) on this particular day it was a beautiful calm hot summers day.
‘Greatest day’ was the song [...]
This wedding nearly wasn’t to be after Jane & her mother got stuck in Egypt following the ash cloud scare; what was intended to be a relaxing pre-wedding retreat turned out to be race against the clock and to quote Jasons best man, here are a few stats: 4000 miles, 2 continents, 5 countries, 4 [...]
Lauren called us about a month before her wedding and told us they were getting married at Wrenbury Hall – without a doubt one of our favourite venues in Cheshire!
The day itself was warm, sunny and brimming with emotion. Sometimes we’re blessed with the easiest jobs going because everything through the lens just looks great. [...]
Alex’s dad once asked her if she was ever likely to become Mrs Amey, to which she replied “I will never become Mrs Amey – but I might well become Dr Amey!” So there we have it – congratulations to Dr & Mrs Dr Amey, who got married on 12th December 2009 at the Great [...]
When we met Angela & Jason we quickly realised how important it was to them to have their wedding well-captured, which goes some way to explaining why their photographers, DA Creative, flew all the way from Canada to be at the wedding! We don’t normally stage anything at all but Angela & Jason were keen [...]
Rosie’s mother Jane had spent weeks in the garden getting it just perfect for the wedding reception and fortunately they were blessed with a warm sunny day so everyone was able to enjoy drinks out on the lawn.
The celebrations went on into the early hours and I was lucky enough to catch the band’s second [...]
Emma & Daniel got married at Gorton Monastery, which opened its doors for its first wedding in twenty years. This inevitably drew the attention of the local press, including the Manchester Evening News, and it’s also featured in this year’s County Brides. From the Fireworks to Emma’s spectacular dress change, they had an amazing day.
They [...]
Sometimes you wake up and think: “Today’s going to be a good day”. This was one of those days! The Indian summer we had all hoped for finally arrived and when we first met Laura and Tom it was more like meeting old friends again. They got married at St Mark’s in Dunham Massey and [...]
Aya and Tony got married at Tony’s mum’s house over in Billinge – we hope that the garden has recovered! They chose to have a humanist wedding ceremony, which was sweet, funny and moving, and finished off with some of the most emotional speeches we’ve seen.
Lots of their guests, including Aya’s parents, had flown in [...]
This was one of those weddings where the amount of affection that the guests have for the happy couple is really moving and great to see – it was clear that Maria and Adrian had a lot of good friends supporting them on their special day, and they know how to party too!
Their ceremony took [...]
Daniella & Piers got married at St Philips in Alderley Edge, followed by a reception and breakfast at Daniella’s parents’ house in Wilmslow. It was nice to meet you both and have to admit, Piers, we did think you look a little bit like Richard Branson!
Luan & Adrian got married in St Stevens Church in Congleton and continued their post-nuptials at Sandhole Barn, which is positioned on the edge of a beautiful lake in the Cheshire countryside. Luan organised everything herself (Adrian freely admits he had zero input) – we have to say we think she did a cracking job.
Lucy-Jo & Alan got married in June 2009 at Barthomley Church near Crewe and continued their celebrations at Crewe Hall. The wedding was covered by Ok! magazine and co-ordinated by Liz Taylor of TLC. We’d like to take this opportunity to also thank Victoria Sharpe who played the piano during the wedding reception – she [...]
Hannah & Wes got married in in the beautiful village of Tintinhul near Yeovil in Somerset. They both live and work in Los Angeles – Hannah works for a TV production company and Wes is a pap photographer so it probably felt strange for them to be receiving all of the attention for a change!
Unfortunately we weren’t able to meet Jenny & Craig before the big day – we usually like to do this so we can just leave the couple to enjoy themselves. Having said this, they weren’t bothered – they we so relaxed and friendly that our job was almost too easy, not to mention the great [...]
Claire & Nick got married in a church in Hertfordshire and enjoyed their reception in an amazing 16th century tythe barn (Priory Barn in Little Wymondley). We already knew Claire very well because we had filmed so many of her friends’ weddings but finally we got to meet Nick too – we say this because [...]
Pippa & Tom got married in the beautiful village of Walgrave in Berkshire. They literally had guests from every corner of the globe over to celebrate their special day. Pippa’s parents, Patty & Peter, were incredible hosts and we were made to feel so welcome by everyone there.
Claire & Jon had originally planned to get married last year but in the end had to postpone – we have to say it was well worth waiting for! The ceremony & reception took place at Somerley, a beautiful stately home in the Hampshire countryside.

They were photographed by Herve, though they didn’t have too hard a job as Emma and Danny are a good-looking couple!
We also have to mention the incredible singing waiters who kept the guests thoroughly entertained throughout the wedding breakfast. It’s the second time we’ve seen these guys perform – they really are the best!
We wish you both all the best
